NEW = means that the customer has filled the details of the order but no payment attempt was identified. He can either get back to the site to try it again or you can click the PAYMENT LINK and so he will receive a shortcut by email driving him directly to the payment page of his order without a need to fill it all over again but the credit card details only.

PAYMENT LINK = means that the customer was a NEW like here above and got the email with the payment link or that he has filled the details of the order, tried to pay but for some reason the payment was not completed or confirmed. In such situation he gets automatically the payment link for a new payment attempt and the instruction is to use it or, if he prefers, he can try again online or even you can send him the payment link again.

DENIED = means that the customer tried to pay and his payment was denied so he has to either check with his bank or credit card company the reason, fix it and try again or simply try with a different credit card. Here, again, you can also send the payment link.

PAID = means that the customer has a valid paid order.

All other status are not to be dealt by you so please simply instruct them to email contact@footballticketnet.com.

Considering that the order status is NEW, PAYMENT LINK or DENIED you have the option to send the payment link by clicking on it.

Considering that the order status is PAID you have the option to send the confirmation again. Just note that, most of the time, customers claiming that got no confirmation gave us a wrong email address (like spelling mistake) or got the confirmation to the junk mail.

In any case, you also have the option to add or update the delivery address. Please make sure to get all requested information and submit it. It will come to us as a comment inside the order and we will approve it before confirming it.

Considering that the tickets are already sent and that they were sent by post, a tracking number will be also available on your screen. Please note that not all orders are delivered by post. We have a lot of orders delivered by hand, by pick-up points, by emails and also by vouchers for a box office collection.
